It covers visitors to this website and anyone who submits an enquiry or otherwise contacts the business.

• The estimate calculator collects your name, phone number and email address (all required) before showing your estimate, together with the options you selected
• The callback form collects your name and phone number (required), your email address (optional) and any message you choose to send
• The type of business you run, based on the estimate options you selected before requesting a callback
• Any message you send us, together with a summary of the estimate options you selected, which is supplied separately from your own message
• Correspondence between us about your enquiry
• Limited technical and security information generated when the site is used, such as information needed to operate the site, keep it available and protect it from abuse

We collect most of this directly from you. The limited technical information is generated automatically when you use the site.

• To respond to your enquiry and take steps you have asked for before a possible engagement (steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in dealing with general enquiries)
• To operate, secure and improve this website and our systems (our legitimate interests in running a safe, reliable service)
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
• To establish, exercise or defend legal claims where that is necessary (our legitimate interests, or compliance with legal obligations)

We do not currently run newsletter or consent-based marketing through this website, and we do not treat your enquiry as marketing consent.

• Service providers that support hosting and secure database storage. Your enquiry details are emailed to us via an email delivery provider
• IT and security providers who help us keep systems running and protected
• Professional advisers, and authorities or regulators where we are legally required to share information

We do not sell personal data.

Some of our providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate UK data-protection safeguards for the transfer.

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for your enquiry, any relationship that follows, security, and our legal or regulatory obligations. We review what we hold periodically and securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Ask for deletion of your information
• Ask us to restrict how we use it

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects. The estimate calculator simply displays an indicative price from the options you choose.

This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Only technology needed to operate and secure the site is used.

If we later add non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice, provide the relevant controls and obtain consent where that is required.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.

• Pricing calculator figures and online quotes are indicative estimates only and do not form a binding contract until formal client onboarding and agreement.
• The website content is provided for general information, and while kept up to date, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
